Human Trafficking Awareness
Working collaboratively with local agencies, the committee coordinates and maximizes efforts as well as utilizes all our community assets to better serve victims of sexual and labor exploitation. The collaboration also increases public awareness about human trafficking in our community.

Projects in the past have included providing backpacks to local law enforcement to give to victims of trafficking, producing a local awareness video for social media, promoting and advertising local speaking events, and promoting January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month at local government meetings.

Involvement in this committee consists of a committee chair and interested club members. This is a very dynamic committee that continually looks for new ways to bring awareness to our community
